WebJan 29, 2014 · Wow, if you've already blown through 3/4 of your center tread on Q3s, I'd go with the PP3s, based on my experience so far. I have 7500 miles on my PP3s so far. I bet I could get 10-12k. Then again, I got 18k out of a set of Pilot Road 2s, so it probably depends on your riding style. The Power 3s flat-spotted way before the Road 2s did, admittedly. WebDec 25, 2024 · I used the Pilot Power 2, 3, Power RS and Dunlop Sportsmart TT before this. The Power GP is overall the best tire. Way better then the Pilot Powers of course. Dry grip and feedback im not sure which one is better, the Dunlop Sportsmart TT or Michelin Power GP, they are both excellent in this.

I think you will have better feel and grip w power 3's obviously, but from what the X said, u can still get down and dirty w the road 3's also... The 2ct+ rear tire connects much better than the Q3 powering out and the front gives great feedback just like a Q3.
