WebI am currently using a Fractal FM3 and running it through a Headrush FRFR-108 (using a 1/4" guitar cable). I want to make sure that I am getting the best out of my setup. It sounds decent out of the box, but are there any adjustments to be made to make it sound better? I don't want to be missing something that can make a huge difference in sound. WebIt sounds good, incredibly good, for a modeler. I'd put it on par with most mid level tube amps, and the variety of options is nice. With that said, I wanted to replace my prototype tone King Imperial that im scared to take out of the house, and it couldn't get remotely close to the sound quality.

If the master is set to UFX+, I also use the mixer of the UFX+ to mix FM3 and the rest of instruments. The difference is that SPDIF is not used in this scenario. Luth2000 Inspired. Jun 18, 2024 #51 WebDec 7, 2024 · Hell, it works wonderfully for acoustic guitar, keys, and even vocals (although you need a preamp for a mic). It's basically the box that does everything. You'll be a little more limited with the FM3 compared to the Axe Fx III, but you'd be hard pressed to think of a sound you couldn't create in the box with just a little tweaking. download form 49a pan card
