I would recommend Antec GX500 case and Scythe Mugen 4 cooler. It might be a bit tricky to install the cooler but I own it and it keeps my FX-6300 under 55 celsius while ambient temperature is 30. My CPU is overclocked to 4.2 GHz btw.

WebMay 2, 2024 · Vrm cooling is bad on FX boards because the manufacturers cheap out on them. The best boards are only ok and the cheap boards are firetraps. An Arctic cooler is a good choice.
